Work With An Entrepreneur, Will - 904 Words

I decided to work with an entrepreneur, Will. Will is a Dominican Alumna. He received his MBA 2010 here at Dominican University. He is currently looking to expand and develop his company. He is also working toward his P.H.D at IIT, and wants to become a professor at Dominican. His business is about student recruitment and exchange pairing business. Will’s business has formed relationships with government and school’s university in China. Students want to come visit or study in America. Prestigious schools and students are usually looking to pair with equivalent prestige in America. Will’s business has grown through the years that middle schools and high schools are using his service. He prefers to focus on only private schools. His ultimate goal with the group to convince Dominican University to use the program. One of the things Will talks a lot about is that he is not an agent, but he does similar activies as an agent. We touch based on the value proposition, objectives, and obstacles we might come across to. The project was a difficult task because it was difficult finding a great time to meet with the group. The first meeting was very successful. Objectives were set and realistic. We decided for each member for the group to locate schools, high school or middle school, that would be at least interested in setting up a meeting with us.
